About the role as Community Planner

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a Community Planner in our land and permit planning team. The team belongs to the Asset Management & Operation function and works to safeguard Ellevio's interests in community planning processes. They act as coordinating specialists between internal operations and external stakeholders such as municipalities and authorities. In this department, your primary tasks will be:

Responsibilities

• Administer and register incoming community planning cases.
• Process simpler planning cases, such as building permits or local network issues.
• Monitor ongoing cases and ensure that nothing is missed during the summer.
• Assist with other administrative tasks within the group's area of work, such as property law or permit cases.
• Participate in comprehensive planning or other projects needed during the summer.
  

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone studying community planning with a legal focus or legally interested community planners.
• Fluent in Swedish.
• Meritorious with an interest in digitization and AI solutions in community planning.
• Meritorious with an understanding of legal aspects of community planning. 
  
  
  We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and detail-oriented. You are curious, proactive, and engaged with a strong interest in community planning and its impact on the environment. The role requires you to be forward-leaning, eager to learn, constantly contributing ideas, and able to work methodically with administrative tasks. You enjoy collaborating and communicating clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

Location: Stockholm or Karlstad

The recruitment process

In this recruitment process, Ellevio collaborates with the staffing company Clevry. After you submit your application, we will review your profile. Qualified candidates for the role will receive an email indicating they have progressed in the process and will then undergo a cognitive test to make the process as objective as possible. Applications close on February 22, after which phone interviews will begin. Later in the process, background checks will be applied, which means a register check as well as credit checks and references.
